Our Mission

The mission of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) Penn-Ohio-West Virginia Chapter for Clinical Physicists, Academic, and Industrial members is to advance the field of medical physics through collaboration, education, research, and professional development.


POWV chapter aims to foster collaboration among clinical physicists, academic researchers, and industrial professionals. By facilitating networking opportunities and knowledge sharing, the chapter encourages collaboration on research projects, clinical advancements, and technological innovations in medical physics.
